Carrigtwohill is located 11 km east of Cork City on the main Cork-Waterford route (N25) and has undergone vast change from a small rural village to a new satellite town in the Cork Metropolitan region, with a rapid increase in population between 2006 & 2022. The eastern end contains the heart of the village with its church, schools, linear shopping street and various amenities.
Our Community is continually growing with a population of approx 5,600 at the last census report from 2022.
