Carrigtwohill Community Council is essentially a group of people uniting, organizing, co-operating and implementing projects for the benefit of the community. They also interact with outside bodies in particular government agencies from which advice and financial assistance are sought and obtained.

The Council meet monthly, normally on the first Tuesday at the Community Centre and visitors and potential new members are always welcome.
