Carrigtwohill Community Council Limited invites applications for the post of
Community Campus Administrator
 
Applicants must qualify for employment under the CSP scheme.
 
The successful candidate will need excellent communication and customer service skills with the confidence and ability to work on his/her own initiative.  He/she will play a key role in the administration, promotion and smooth running of the Community Facility.   

Reporting to the Executive of the Council, he/she will work closely with the Community Centre Manager, staff support team and volunteers.
 
Duties will include assisting the Community Centre Manager with the smooth running of all the facilities under the control of Carrigtwohill Community Council but with sole responsibility for the promotion, administration and maintenance of the all-weather facility.  
 
Candidates should have:

A keen interest and knowledge of sport.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media.
Office skills including customer service, filing, typing and basic book keeping.
An interest and knowledge of community development.
Basic marketing and/or PR Skills
Good organisational skills.
 
Salary is negotiable – CSP rate subject to review.
Hours are flexible and will include some weekend and evening work.
